Terry Pullan, Co-founder and President
Terry Pullan started his real estate career in 1986 selling
for Merrill Lynch Realty. He went on to hold top management
positions with Merrill Lynch, including Vice President of
Marketing for the Northern United States. Following the acquisition
by the Prudential Insurance Company in 1989, Terry became
Vice President and Director of Marketing for Prudential California
Realty where he helped build the largest real estate company
in California. In 1994, Fox & Carskadon, the largest real
estate company in Northern California, recruited Terry as
Executive Vice President.
In 1995, Fox & Carskadon was sold to Coldwell Banker.
Terry was recruited by Coldwell Banker to develop their first
web site. While at Coldwell Banker, he developed the first
dynamically generated web site for individual Realtors®
and mortgage brokers. In 1996, Terry founded Genstar Media
to market personal Web sites to real estate professionals.
Following his success in marketing personal web sites, Terry
founded Pullan Communications in 2000 to bring advanced wireless
and internet technology to the real estate industry. Pullan
Communications currently provides internet and technology
consulting to such companies as RE/MAX of California and Hawaii.

Andrea Pullan, Co-founder & Vice President of Operations
Andrea, along with her husband Terry, founded Genstar Media
and Pullan Communications. As Director of Operations, Andrea
is responsible for the development and operations of the company's
web site division. She has been a licensed Realtor since 1986
having sold for Merrill Lynch Realty.

Michael Anthony, Web Site Development/Network
Administration
Mike is a seasoned web site developer. He has been creating
real estate web sites since 1999 and has been responsible for
launching more than 1,000 sites. In addition, Mike manages Network
Administration which oversees the operations and
maintenance
of Pullan's computers systems. He holds a B.A. in English Literature
from Virginia Tech, and is A+ and Network+ certified.

Jason Jepson, Senior Application Developer
Jason heads the Application team with responsibility for developing new technology and enhancing existing initiatives. Originally from Pueblo, Colorado, Jason graduated from Colorado State University where he earned a B.S. Degree in Computer Information Systems. Jason has develooped numerous database and internet applications using PHP, ASP and the .NET platform. He has the following certifications: A+, Network+, Java 2, Oracle Associate DBA and Microsoft Certified Professional.

Freya Shih, Customer Relations
Manager
Freya manages the Customer Relations activities at Pullan Communications.
She joined the Pullans at Genstar Media in 1997 at the firms
Palo Alto offices. She has extensive experience in the support
and operations of real estate agent and broker web sites. She
is a graduate from the University of California in Davis with
a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology.

Jeffrey Shih, Senior Project Manager
Jeffrey manages product development and special projects. In
that role he is the chief architect of the web site product
used by Pullan agent and broker clients. He has been responsible
for developing many cutting edge technology tools used by Pullan
clients. He is a graduate from the University of California
in Davis with a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental
Toxicology.

Cassio Trevisani, Director of Marketing
Cassio is the Director of Marketing and is responsible for marketing and sales of the Pullan's web site and email marketing divisions. Cassio has a B.A. Degree from the Pontifical Catholic University in Rome and is currently studying at the University of Phoenix for his Marketing MBA.
